Well, here's some rough calcs . . .
88% remaining = 238 seconds remaining
therefore the 12% done = (12 / 88) x 238 = 32 seconds
therfore 100% = 88% + 12% = 238 seconds + 32 seconds = 270 seconds
download rate = (total file size) / (total time) = 430.7 KB / 270 seconds
download rate is thus 1.6 KBytes per second
