LOL  You see I've visited forums a grand total of about 3 times at work since I discovered them.  I'm too busy when I work & I refuse to waste the boss's money.  Then again, I really like my boss & I get to leave if my work is done, so I don't waste company time.  And get more spare time that way too!!

No they wouldn't.  I get paid hourly.  Add to that we try & restrict web access from most employees because there is too much risk of them doing stupid stuff.  Our system has to be as secure as possible or we could lose ratings with the bank &  credit card companies.  Top that off with 7 people needing to us a grand total of 5 computers (most of the time only 3 can be used due to space limitations), there is no time to do much personal stuff while at work.

Add to all that, I like being at home.  It's a loooooong distance to travel & if I'm busing it, it takes me about 2 hours to get home if I can't go by express.  So all around, I'd prefer not to do this at work.

Lucky you.  Hourly is the way it's going for most jobs unless they are government jobs...and even they are going to part-time which means hourly.  I don't get paid for sick days & if I want to take time off, I only get 4% of my gross earnings.  Which means, if I take time off & I've used all my vacation pay, it's a day off without pay.  I'm just lucky that statutory holidays are covered because I refuse to work on those days.

Worse still, my hubby is self-employed which means if he doesn't work, he's not earning.  Hell, even when he works, he doesn't earn most of the time because he's in sales.  Tons of his time is taken with chasing after leads, travel & paperwork.  Fortunately, he tries to be as efficient as possible & doesn't waste time/money if he can help it.

it does have its bad side because sometimes I work 60 hours in a week for the same pay but I do get 5% of the sale. When its a 200.000 euro property its a nice bonus that I dont need to touch until a rainy day rolling

those rainy days seem to have Heidi involved in them though rolling
