Thats true, its a shame we havent found a site that bypass`s the african/indian call centres to get through to someone british because I can never understand any of them lol

Best of luck to you on that, Neo.  The reason you can't get to a British human is the simple fact that no Britons work in customer service.  The only people working for that company that live in Britain are the owners and upper management.  Everything else has been outsourced  to 3rd world companies.
