i think the more you are exposed to, the better off you are, like if you swallow a little poison everyday your body will get used to it and you can swallow large doses that would kill someone normally.

lots of Vit C helps too, 2-300% average daily (some days more then others) i find helps alot.

Only some poisons would be like that.  Arsenic for instance, eventually reaches a point where it will kill you.  Your body can't secrete it, so you end up dying from it.  If you don't allow any exposure to germs it will definitely get you a lot quicker once you are exposed to them.  

But I don't take mega doses of Vitamin C either.  Just a minimal dose.

any thing in too much dose is not good for you. and there are probably a lot of germs all over your keyboard, your hands do touch the keys and your hands are the dirties part of your body.

this wouldnt work with cynide as its the way it works by replacing the area oxygen would be in a cell, cant adapt to that :)

Essentially asphyxiating from the outside in....very nasty way to die.  So if your breath smells like almonds, get yourself to the doc really quick.  That's what happens if you ingest cyanide, btw....or so it says in the murder mysteries.
