Years ago I used to play a game called Worms 3D and I was in an online team called {CDR} and we were the best, pretty much unbeatable [Its sad but it was fun and we were young
].
Anyway recently a mate called Brian who I met playing Worms online got back in touch with me and during us catching up he asked me if I play Command and Conquer: Tiberium Wars?
I told him yes and that it is one of my favorite games, so he asked me to play online and that the team name for this is {CDR} like the old days but he is not in charge of who gets on the team now so I would have to challenge "BOSS" (original user name there lol) and see if he thought I was good enough..................
well I chatted to the stupid big headed little idiot for a few minutes and decided that I didnt like his attitude AT ALL (Jeez its a game for fun not WW3 lol)
so I challenged him and he said to me that "no matter how many units I build he was going to humiliate and destroy me and that C&C: Tiberium Wars is a game of strategy and skill nothing like worms 3D.
so I was a complete bastard built my base and its defenses + some Helicopters to defend my harvester and saved up a load of money and then covered his frigging base in cloaked mines
those lovely little purple things are mines which he cant see on his screen but all of the spectators could so when he moved his walkers a few minutes later I completely blew the shit out of his entire base, killing him and then very cheerfully proceeded to rub his pissing face in the fact that he was supposed to be the BEST, so he got in a pissy and said he isnt playing if Im on anymore an logged off
we were all crying with laughter at him
the thing that we all found funny is I didnt even build any ground units and I never actually fired a shot at him so it really didnt matter how many units I built
that will teach the bastard
