been running it almost a year now

if you have multiple screens you're gonna love the shortkeys to move objects from one screen to another

try out the windows button and arrow keys with and without shift pressed in and you'll know what I mean (with shift being most usefull)

.. grab a window border and shake it ... don't know if the result is usefull but you never know you have use for it Cheesy

I've had 2 screens since 2002

But this does seriously improve it .. a flick of a finger and a browser/game/chat windows goes left or right, maximized or any other form

Suppose it's because I'm a dos user in core, I like shortcuts and dislike having to use my mouse to move stuff Cheesy

Like XP I Pirated agin and installed Windows 7 RTM that installs with a genuine OEM key that wont expire and it is very good it has been working on my pc for a month now and is better then xp that their says allot as for vista it sucks it would not even run on my machine due too its memory leaks and need for ram. Win7 is very good the 32 bit version runs great on 2 gigs of pc 3200 ddr1 400MHz ram with a 2.6ghz Hyper Threading cpu with 800 MHz FSB with 2  60GB Seagate IDE drives and an nvidia G-Force 8X AGP 256MB Video card *RealTek AC 97 audio with no problem very smoth operation here i think MS got it this time! This is the way i look at it Windows ME = Windows Vista "Headache City" Windows XP = Windows 7 "The Good Stuff" Yes i do recommend buying Windows 7

after mention
Don't laugh at the specs of my machine it's hardwere might be out of date but Win7 has no issues with it and nor do I  Roll floor laugh xD
P.S make sure you're sound card is compatible allot of soundblaster products have drivers but just sound horrible on win7 i had to take my audigy SE card out and just go wit the crappy onbord

I bought it and It does run smooth, having some issues with UT99 but I have found a work around that I will put in place later. Im running on quad core 2.6ghz phenom, 6gb ddr3, gig motherboard, 1tb hdd internal 2x500gb external, nvidia 9300gt graphics card + xfire

Overall Im pleased with w7 except I installed it on my dads laptop and it was a pain in the ass to get drivers for his £1000 work of art!!!!! and then I find out my payed for w7 only does ONE computer???????????? vista did 3 an xp did 5!!!!!!!!!!!!
