The beer is placed inside a pocket of salty, pretzel-like dough and then dunked in oil at 375 degrees for about 20 seconds, a short enough time for the confection to remain alcoholic.

When diners take a bite the hot beer mixes with the dough in what is claimed to be a delicious taste sensation.

This is so stupid I can't believe that Primal didn't think of it first.  Q Shadow

What I don't understand is why anyone would want their beer breaded and hot.
Slightly below room temperature with some good head (pun intended) is the best and only way.

Well, if you don't think of it as deep fried beer, but instead think of it as a hot pretzel that will get you buzzed, it sounds awesome! Hot pretzels with LSD next? Neo any for you??? Cough---cough I know you don't part take anymore. Now your wheat-grass juice only!!!   Nanananana     GTO
