You played the game, now watch the movie! … Well, that logic works for summer box office, why not for Syfy too? Based on the video game, the Red Faction: Origins movie will debut this June and touts a cast that sounds like a Comic-Con panel: Brian J. Smith (Stargate Universe), Robert Patrick (Terminator 2: Judgment Day), Kate Vernon (Battlestar Galactica), Gareth David-Lloyd (Torchwood) and Devon Graye (Dexter). Here’s your trailer, which best we can tell has to do with Martian colonists and a lost sister:

I really wonder how long syfy will keep this one.They must have paid for this long ago,and now is cashing in on this.

Most of the SyFy movies are so awful I haven't bothered, though they're not hard to find.

This one looks mildly interesting.
