I'm happy as a clam 2 b @ this wonderful forum.

and I'm very happy indeed 2 b sucking down the various Star Trek TOS eps (& obviously everything else here). as they get posted.

but I am just wondering why the ST TOS eps that get posted, rarely have the Season & Ep number on the post or as part of the file name.

I only have a few eps so far. Today I went over them and fixed the audio sync problems many of my files had.. (using AVi-Mux). but that made me realize I have no idea what eps are what season or ep nr.

Dane the problem is that at least two sets of TOS DVDs were produced and they had different episode numbering.
There is the one that Lord Nikon is working off.
It's episode guide is here:
http://www.thebesttrek.net/showthread.php?t=1003

Then there is another guide here:
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0060028/episodes#season-1

So if one already have episodes numbered according to one set then you may get confused if you download by episode number.

That is why Lord Nikon decided to post by episode name rather than by number.

Glad i could help.
How does this avi-mux thing work fixing audio sync problems?
I have some of the star trek movies with audio sync problems but i'm not going to download them again at 1,4 gig each.
