and
3) The full name of the character she portrayed.

Two of the present SG1 (season 10) actors also played in that series.

You mean Virginia Hey who portrayed Pa'u Zotoh Zhaan of Farscape???. I thought it was only 4 series and 1 mini movies..

You are right it was four seasons plus the peacekeepers wars.
And you guessed correctly it is Virginia Hey and she played Zhaan, the blue lady, in farscape.
