"Black Market" what did you think?

Sometimes boring but overall a solid episode, Bill Duke was excellant, it's a shame they killed him off so early!

btw sorry about the new "options" idle hands are the devil's playground...

I love BSG, but this episode wasn't that great even if it had Bill Duke in it (yeah, i'm a Bill Duke fan since Predator).
The constant flashbacks revealing at the end, that he lost his girfriend with a baby seemed more like an episode from the series "Lost".
And what's with that "48 hours earlier" thing, this es the second time i mean it's cool but you don't have to do it almost two times in a row.

What surprised me was Apollo. He is always the good guy and takes the right decision, but he shot Bill Duke in cold blood and was visiting a hooker, plus i don't like to much what is going on with D, she already has a boyfriend. I kind of liked that they showed Lee in not such a good light, after all he is human.

Finally we see Apollo back in the spotlight. A bit annoying is that nearly all main characters seem to have a tragic loss of their lovers in the past and need to overcome it. That is a bit too soap opera style for my taste.

For me the murder was the right decision. I'm a great Star Trek fan but sometimes the moral issues there were solved too unrealistic. I love the way characters act and think in BSG.
And the audience really profits from this "behavior" because nearly all of the recent episodes had big surprises.

i dont know this episode was abit weird!!

i mean why he has to visit a hooker? is he suppose to go out with d? or fancy starbucks??

to be fair..i would prefer him with starbucks..but in the previous episode they pictured her being in love with that person from the planet she went to!!! i thought it was only a *** with that guy..whatever

also i like to see the president developing a relationship with adama..(well i am going to see the next 2 episodes now!! after the new 24 episode of course..jack rules)
