This should be a fairly easy one.

NB! This competition is open to all female members.
(Those who have indicated in their user profiles that they are female.)
 
If it's a warrant officer who gets it right she will be promoted to ensign.
If it's someone else I'll award 40 reputation points to whoever gets it right.
