Well after the end in season 3 i think this could happen :

[spoiler]The have 24 hours of power left, which is enought to start project Arcaturus with the multipal universe thingy. So what i reckon is that they try that again as there is no way to get out of that situation unless the Deadalus apperas with another ZPM and with no startgate, they cant go anywhere.[/spoiler]

[spoiler]i think that McKay will go on the ascendo thing and make him self smart again (3x14 tao of rodney)  and finish the puddle jumper hyper drve, go 2 new home world, get to the apollo so they can  get another zpm from earth and their safe untill the reps find em again because they would know bout every planet they do. thats what i think any way, if u get every body in puddle jumper than atlantis wouldnt need the shield, because the jumpers have their own so when altantis shields fail they dont die, altantis just sits their till they get another zpm


and what happened 2 the zpm the anicent bought back, becuase if they reps had 3 , what happened 2 theres?

or makay could change the size of the shield so it only goes around the center tower because all the shield is doing is keeping air in the city , so the sheild last longer last longer , jsut moved all the rest off the ppl near the center

from last season in the us, end season break is 3months
and i think canada is the same so aroud july maybe? when the movies come out not 100% sure

I think that they are all going to huddle together in one room and reduce the shield size to just cover that room. to free enough power to make the trip.

or alternatively a hive ship might find them and they'll have to board it and fight hand to hand to get the power core...

Season 4 just exist of one trailer: a hive appears and they have no way to escape, a big explosion and then we can go on with Battlestar galactica .

how about a hive appears and the replicators do to, they fight it out amongst each other and using the distraction they steal the ZPM from the replicator ancients

Why don't they steal the three zpm's?, or more, maybe those reppies have some reserve ones too... (like you have a spare wheel on your car?)

Why didn't they blow up the complete planet anyway, with the naquadah enhanced warheads after some impactor nukes such thing shoulc be possible... (shoot it right into the magma of the planet causing all volcano's to erupt and stuff, Dr Evil stuff you know...).

I reakon the apollo arrives with carter and merlins out of phase thing and they use that at the last minute to fool the enemys

Better Still Their Long range scanners pickup an ancient outpost or ship where the ancients were just under lightspeed therefore just a couple of years on the way and they make all systems operational again and go back to pegasus and blow everyone up.... but then again no that would ruin the whole series
